The Work Friends Membership is a one-year commitment that includes curated quarterly experiences, virtual gatherings, networking support, and access to exclusive opportunities. By enrolling, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Membership Term
Membership is for a full twelve (12) months from the date of enrollment. All benefits, experiences, and offerings are tied to the annual membership cycle.

2. Payments & Commitment
The annual membership fee is $1,500, payable in full or through an approved payment plan.
If a payment plan is selected, you are committing to the full amount and agree to complete all scheduled payments regardless of continued participation or desire to withdraw.

3. Non-Refundable Policy
Because we may receive group rates, bulk purchase discounts, and other non-transferable savings when booking member experiences, all payments are final and non-refundable.

No refunds will be issued for:

• Missed quarterly experiences

• Missed virtual calls

• Changes in personal schedule or availability

• Any unused portion of the membership

4. Membership Transfers
Memberships may not be transferred, reassigned, or gifted to another individual for any reason.

5. Participation & Attendance
While participation is encouraged to receive the full value of the membership, all events, calls, and experiences are optional. Your fee covers access to the membership—not guaranteed attendance.

6. Experience Changes
We reserve the right to adjust event venues, dates, or formats as needed to provide an elevated and seamless experience. Members will be notified promptly of any updates.

7. Conduct & Community Standards
Work Friends is a curated community grounded in respect, confidentiality, and integrity. Members are expected to uphold these standards. Conduct that disrupts the group or violates community values may result in removal without refund.

8. Agreement
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions and are committing to the full annual membership fee.
